How to reset your password
If you forgot your password, you can reset it from the sign-in page of the New Villages at Prairie Haven HOA portal. This walkthrough takes about 2 minutes.
Step 1: Open the forgot-password page
From the sign-in page, click the Forgot Password? link. A short form opens that asks for your email.
Step 2: Enter your email
Type the email address you used when you set up your account. This is usually the same email the board has on file.
Step 3: Send the reset link
Click the Send Reset Link button. The portal emails you a link to set a new password.
Step 4: Check your inbox
A confirmation message appears on the page. Open your email and click the Reset Password link inside.
Heads up
The reset link expires in 1 hour. If it expires, just request a new one — there is no limit.
Step 5: Sign in with your new password
After you set the new password, the portal sends you back to sign-in. Use your email and the new password to log in.
